Add 8 oz of cream cheese to a large bowl. Whip cream cheese with hand mixer for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in 8 oz of Cool Whip. Combine thoroughly
Add 15 oz of vanilla boxed cake mix that has been heated to 160 degrees and then cooled. Mix well
Add 1/2 tsp of green gel food coloring. Mix until dip is desired shade of green.
Top with red heart sprinkles or candies.
Serve with graham crackers
