Arrange pretzel rods in rows on a sheet of parchment paper.
Place a small dot of icing on the back of each candy eye. Then stick two eyes on every pretzel.
Pipe vanilla icing in a zig-zag motion across the top half of the pretzels. Leave the bottom clear so there is a place to hold the pretzel.
Let the icing set for 5 minutes. Transfer the pretzels from the parchment paper to a plate in a single layer.
