Warm tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and brown it.
Reduce heat to low or medium-low and add cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, Buffalo sauce, and Ranch dressing. Stir until the cheeses melt completely.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Roll out pizza dough into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
Spread buffalo chicken mixture in an even layer over pizza dough.
Roll dough horizontally to form a log.
Cut roll into 2" thick circles. Place them in a greased baking dish.
*Optional* Top with grated Parmesan cheese or garlic powder.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Safe internal temperature is 160 degrees.
Top Pizza Rolls with a drizzle of Buffalo sauce, a drizzle of Ranch dressing, and sliced green onions.
Make Cutting the Rolls Easier
The hot filling may warm up the dough and make the rolled pizza log difficult to cut. If you're having a hard time cutting the roll, place it in the freezer for about 5 minutes to firm up the outside of the dough. This makes it easier to cut.
