Open a can of Crescent Roll Dough and spread it flat on a cutting board. Separate each perforated triangle.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the dough triangles into a circle with the thick bases of the triangles on the inside.
Cut Brie cheese into thin rectangles less than 1 inch thick.
Place the Brie at the base of each triangle of dough.
Sprinkle chopped bacon over the Brie.
Top bacon and Brie with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
Fold triangle tips over the bacon, Brie, and cranberry sauce. Tuck the narrow ends of the triangles under the dough.
Apply an egg wash to the tops of each triangle of dough.
Sprinkle sprigs of rosemary over each egg-washed piece of dough.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 350-degree preheated oven until the edges of the pastry turn golden brown.
Cut the wreath into 8 equal sections on the platter.
Garnish the edges of the serving platter with large sprigs of rosemary.
