Add tequila, melon liqueur, triple sec, lime juice, syrup, and half of an avocado to a blender.
Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender. Firmly place the lid on the blender. Blend until the cocktail reaches the consistency of a slushie. Add more ice as needed.
