Add tequila, Yuzu liqueur, guava nectar, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker. Firmly place the lid on the cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds to combine and chill the cocktail ingredients.
Strain into a cocktail glass with a salt rim over ice.
Garnish with wheels of fresh guava and lime.
