Add tequila, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, and frozen passion fruit to a blender.
Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender. Then firmly place the lid on the blender. Blend until the cocktail reaches the consistency of a slushie. Add more ice as needed.
Pour the frozen margarita into cocktail glasses with Tajin rims.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf or a lime wheel.
