Arrange the bottoms of the sweet Hawaiian rolls in tight rolls of three in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
Spread Dijon mustard and mayonnaise across the bottom half of the rolls.
Add a layer of overlapping ham slices.
Add a layer of Swiss cheese slices. Cut the Swiss cheese slices in half and overlap the cheese across the ham layer.
Melt butter in the microwave. Stir salt, pepper, and onion powder into the melted butter.
Replace the tops of the rolls. Use a silicone basting brush to spread the butter mixture over the slider tops.
Sprinkle parsley and poppy seeds over the tops of the sliders.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, until the tops of the buns are golden brown.
Slice the sliders apart using a serrated knife and serve them hot.
