Combine room-temperature cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer.
Add whipped cream, strawberry jam, and diced strawberries. Mix well.
Transfer to a shallow serving bowl. Spread the dip evenly into the bowl.
Gently mix in 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam to form ribbons of jam in the dip and on top.
Garnish with a whole strawberry and serve with graham crackers.
