Place a bowl of vegetable dip in the center of a large rectangular board.
Use round crackers to form bunny ears above the bowl. Place the first cracker on the upper left side of the bowl. Then overlap the crackers moving up the board, create a curve, and overlap the crackers coming back down. Each ear should consist of about a sleeve of crackers (12-18 crackers).
Fill the gaps in the cracker ears with carrot sticks.
Arrange broccoli along the underside of the bowl of veggie dip.
Line up celery sticks vertically underneath the broccoli along the bottom center of the board.
Stack sugar snap peas horizontally on either side of the celery.
Fill the space on either side of the broccoli and veggie dip with carrot sticks.
Arrange cucumber slices along the outside of the left ear and radish slices along the outside of the right ear. Meet the two vegetables in the middle space between the ears.
Create the bunny face in the bowl of veggie dip. Start with a whole black olive in the center of the bowl for the nose.
Julienne cucumber sticks into very thin strips for the bunny's whiskers.
Cut a half-moon shape from the bottom of a cucumber slice for the bunny mouth.
Add two black olives (or blueberries) for the eyes.
