Combine the room-temperature cream cheese, butter, vanilla, brown sugar, and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Mix with an electric hand mixer.
Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well.
Chop two cups of Cadbury mini eggs into small pieces. Chop them with a sharp chef's knife or put them in a ziplock bag and smash them.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with a few whole Cadbury mini eggs.
Serve with graham crackers or vanilla cookies for dipping.
