Divide Oreos into two cookies. Use a butter knife to remove the filling.
Fill a decorating bag with icing and pipe it onto the bottom of each Kiss. Gently press them onto each Oreo.
Pipe the icing around the base of the Hershey Kiss.
Shake sprinkles onto the icing. Shake off any excess.
