What you need

cup red onion

tortilla chips

cup cream cheese

cup corn

cup shredded cheese

cup cilantro

cup sour cream
Instructions
1. Heat a pan over medium heat with a teaspoon of neutral oil. 2. Add the red onion to the pan and cook until slightly translucent. 3. Add the fresh corn and cook until some kernels start to brown. 4. Sprinkle half of the Tajín Clasico Seasoning into the corn. 5. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted. 6. Add the sour cream and shredded cheese, stirring until melted. 7. Add 1 cup of cojita cheese and stir until melted. 8. Pour in the Tajín Chile Lime Sauce and cilantro, stirring to mix. 9. Transfer the corn dip to a bowl. 10. Top with more Tajín Clasico Seasoning, the rest of the cojita cheese, and a little bit of cilantro. 11. Serve the dip hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
