0 Divide Oreos into two cookies. Use a butter knife to remove the filling.
1 Fill a decorating bag with icing and pipe it onto the bottom of each Kiss. Gently press them onto each Oreo.
2 Pipe the icing around the base of the Hershey Kiss.
3 Shake sprinkles onto the icing. Shake off any excess.
