Instructions
1 Open a can of Crescent Roll Dough and spread it flat on a cutting board. Separate each perforated triangle. 2 Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the dough triangles into a circle with the thick bases of the triangles on the inside. 3 Cut Brie cheese into thin rectangles less than 1 inch thick. 11 Place the Brie at the base of each triangle of dough. 4 Sprinkle chopped bacon over the Brie. 5 Top bacon and Brie with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce. 6 Fold triangle tips over the bacon, Brie, and cranberry sauce. Tuck the narrow ends of the triangles under the dough. 7 Apply an egg wash to the tops of each triangle of dough. 12 Sprinkle sprigs of rosemary over each egg-washed piece of dough. 8 Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 350-degree preheated oven until the edges of the pastry turn golden brown. 9 Cut the wreath into 8 equal sections on the platter. 10 Garnish the edges of the serving platter with large sprigs of rosemary.View original recipe
