1 Combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, blood orange juice, and blood orange syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2 Add a handful of ice to the shaker. Firmly place the lid on the cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds to combine the cocktail ingredients and chill them.
3 Pour into a cocktail glass with a salted rim.
4 Garnish with a slice of blood orange or a lime wheel.
