0 Heat treat a box of brownie mix in the microwave or oven. (See more detailed instructions in the Notes). 1 Allow the brownie mix to cool before making the dip. 2 Combine cream cheese and whipped topping in a large mixing bowl. Stir by hand or using an electric mixer. 3 Add the brownie mix to the wet ingredients.
