tsp soy sauce

tsp pepper

yellow onion

cup shredded cheddar

cup dill pickle

tbsp dijon mustard

cup mayonnaise

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp granulated garlic

tsp salt
Instructions
0 Brown 1 lb of hamburger meat in a large skillet with half a yellow onion. 1 Add soy sauce and pepper to skillet as the meat cooks. 2 After the hamburger meat is fully cooked, add cheese, pickles, and Dijon mustard to the skillet. 3 Stir and keep on low heat until the cheese melts. 4 Remove from stove. 5 Lay out spring roll wrappers in a diamond. 6 Fill the center of the wrapper with the cheeseburger filling. 7 Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the mixture. 8 Fold in each side. Use a bit of water on your finger to hold the sides together. 9 Fold over the top half of the wrapper. Use a bit of water to secure it to the top of the spring roll. 10 Repeat for all 12 spring rolls. 11 Arrange the wrapped spring rolls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil. 12 Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees. The edges should look crispy and golden brown. Flip after 8 minutes to ensure the spring rolls cook evenly. 13 Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Then transfer to a plate or serving platter. 14 Serve with a side of garlic aioli for dipping. Alternative Cooking Method (Air Fryer) 18 Air fry for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Flip halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking. Alternative Cooking Method (Stove Top Fry) 20 Fill a skillet with a quarter inch of oil. 21 Heat the oil to 325 degrees. 22 Place a few rolls in the skillet to fry. Don't overcrowd the pan to ensure even cooking! 23 Cook the rolls for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then place them on a paper towel-lined plate to cool. Garlic Aioli Dipping Sauce 16 In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, plus a bit of salt and black pepper. Stir until combined.View original recipe
