What you need

skinless boneless chicken breast

white onion

zucchini

cup carrot

cup frozen spinach

cup soy sauce

corn starch

white wine

rice vinegar

clove garlic

tsp sesame oil

tsp ground ginger
mayonaise

splash paprika

tsp lemon juice

dash cayenne pepper
Instructions
0 Prepare brown rice according to package 1 Chop white onion and zucchini 2 Prepare teriyaki sauce and mix well 3 Add onion, zuchinni and carrot to sauce. Coat well. 4 Heat 2 tbs vegetable oil in large skillet 5 Add vegetables *Do not add sauce to skillet* 6 Cook until vegetables are soft and wilted 7 Cube chicken and add to sauce. Coat well. 8 Add chicken to skillet, cook through on medium-medium high heat (about 10 minutes) 9 Once chicken is done, add broccoli and cook until soft (about 5 minutes) 10 Serve over riceView original recipe
