What you need

cup white onion

cup red onion

green bell pepper

red bell pepper
jalepeno

cup frozen corn

oz black beans

oz garbanzo beans

oz white beans

oz diced tomatoes with green chilies

oz tomato sauce
tbsp fresh garlic

tbsp dark chocolate

tsp lime juice

tsp cumin

tsp chili powder

cayenne pepper

salt

pepper

tbsp fresh cilantro
Instructions
1 Brown the ground chorizo in the bottom of a large pot in a little bit of olive oil. 2 Once the chorizo is cooked through, add the onions, garlic and peppers and cook until they soften. 3 Add beans (after rinsing thoroughly), diced tomatoes, corn and tomato sauce 4 Season, add lime juice and cilantro, and simmer for 30-45 minutes. The key to a good chili is to let it simmer. It really brings out the flavors the longer it cooks. 5 Add chocolate about 15-20 minutes before serving 6 Serve and garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, avocado or fresh cilantro.
