0 Melt 2 tablespoons of butter on medium-low heat.
1 Add marshmallows to the melted butter and regularly stir until the marshmallows are completely melted.
2 Add the Rice Krispies cereal to the melted marshmallows. Stir until all of the cereal is coated in marshmallow.
3 Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick spray.
4 Pour the warm marshmallow and cereal mixture into the greased baking pan. Use a flat silicone spatula to press the mixture into an even layer.
5 Use the microwave, or a double boiler on the stove, to melt the white chocolate.
6 Pour the melted white chocolate into 3 bowls. Add a drop of gel food coloring to each bowl.
7 Drizzle the pastel chocolate sauces over the treats one color at a time.
8 Sprinkle pastel M&M's and Easter sprinkles over the top of the treats.
9 Let the Rice Krispies Treats cool for at least an hour before cutting them into squares.
