Green Goddess Dip

cup green onion
cup fresh parsley

cup fresh cilantro

tbsp lemon juice

tsp granulated garlic

tsp rice vinegar

tbsp olive oil
tsp salt

tsp pepper

cup plain greek yogurt
Instructions
0 Cut and remove the pit of one ripe avocado. Slice the avocado into small chunks and add to a blender. 1 Add about 1/8 cup chopped green onion, parsley, and cilantro. 2 Add 1 tsp of minced garlic and 1 tsp rice vinegar. 3 Add 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. 4 Blend until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. 5 Serve in a small bowl with veggies for dipping!View original recipe
