Instructions
0 Empty a box of white cake mix into a large mixing bowl. 1 Add 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, 2 tsp lime zest, and 1 tbsp lime juice. 2 Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, and lime using a rubber spatula until a dough forms. 3 Add about 1/4 teaspoon of green food coloring to turn the dough bright green. Mix. 4 After the dough is thoroughly green, cover the mixing bowl with saran wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 5 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 6 After the dough is chilled, pour granulated sugar onto a plate. Pour powdered sugar onto a second plate. 7 Use a 1" cookie scoop to scoop out the dough. Use your hands to roll the dough into a ball. 8 Roll the ball of dough in the granulated sugar. Then in the powdered sugar. 9 Place each ball of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. 10 Bake in a 350-degree oven for 12 minutes. 11 Remove from the oven and allow to cool before enjoying.View original recipe
