Ragout with White Beans and Broccoli

What you need

cup frozen spinach

white onion

tbsp granulated garlic

sweet italian sausage

oz cannellini beans

cup white wine

tsp lemon juice
bay leaf

tsp red pepper flake

salt & pepper

parmesan cheese
Instructions
1 Remove the sausage from the casing and brown in a small stock pot 2 Once the sausage is browned, add 1/2 of the juice from the can of Cannellini beans, white wine, lemon juice and a Bay Leaf. Bring to a boil. 3 Add the chopped broccoli, frozen kale, onion, garlic and spices. 4 Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 5 minutes (until the broccoli and onion have softened) 5 Add the beans and bring back up to a boil. Cook uncovered for an additional 5 minutes. 6 Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and a crusty baguette. 7 Enjoy!View original recipe
